Overall Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for overseeing the production line operations in our siomai and siopao food production facility.
  • To ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  • To coordinate with production staff, monitors production processes, and resolves any issues that may arise during production.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in production management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a food production environment, with at least 2-3 years in the same capacity.
  • Knowledge of production line operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing production issues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a food manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php570.00 per day
