Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation and effective management of the assigned line/department in relation to personnel, machinery and equipment, materials, and proper production procedures.

Main Function:

  • Ensures that there are sufficient workers according to the designated number in the Production Department based on the weekly production schedule.
  • Ensures that every employee under supervision has adequate skills for work by providing appropriate recommendations to the Plant Manager regarding suitable training programs in coordination with the Satellite Human Resources Dept.
  • Analyzes manpower efficiency in the Production Department and provides recommendations to enhance or expand.
  • Ensures that proper Production Targets are set for the employees based on the standards (manpower, material, machine, and methods) established by the Production Planner.

Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of any engineering program
  • 2-5 years of experience as manager in a manufacturing firm
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
