We are looking for STORE MANAGER ASISTANT / BAKERY ASSISTANT who meets the following :

Qualifications:

  • At least College level or Senior High School graduate
  • With experience in a bakery, café, or food retail is an advantage
  • Can speak Chinese (preferred, especially if assisting Chinese customers or owner)
  • With valid driver's license and can drive a car (preferred)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and organized
  • Can supervise staff and assist in daily operations
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Scope of Work / Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the bakery
  • Supervise and support bakery staff during operations
  • Monitor product quality, display, and cleanliness of the store
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Handle cashiering, sales reports, and daily store records
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is not around

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
