About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC' in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Financial Work - Onsite Process* agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our clients with their financial inquiries and transactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and provide solutions to their financial inquiries and concerns
  • Process financial transactions and updates accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for resolution
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on financial products, services and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of diverse customers
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
