About the role
AUXILIA INC' is seeking a Financial- Afterpay (Block Inc. Account) - IT Park to join our team in Cebu City Cebu. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to clients using Afterpay services
- Handling inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and contributing to the development of process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
- Familiarity with financial services, payment processing, or customer service in a call centre environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and customer service platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in processes and procedures
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organisation
