Qualifications:
  • Education: At least High School Graduate (College level or degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO experience (preferably in collection account).

  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Work Setup:
  • Onsite – Candidates must be willing to report to the office.
