- Oversee and maintain organized and confidential resident records, including admissions, discharges, and medical appointments.
- Assist in coordinating communication between healthcare providers, residents, families, and external service providers.
- Maintain schedules for clinical staff and ensure adequate shift coverage in coordination with nursing supervisors.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and greeting visitors and families.
- Support billing, procurement, and inventory tasks for medical supplies and facility needs.
- Assist with compliance documentation and ensure all administrative procedures align with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, and other official documents as needed.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, training, and resident-related activities or events.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining administrative databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role; experience in a healthcare or elderly care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Compassionate, respectful, and empathetic approach toward elderly residents and their families.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
