Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate brand accounts across major social media platforms
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content aligned with platform trends and brand tone
  • Develop creative ideas and translate them into effective social media content
  • Independently plan and execute small-scale social media campaigns from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of content

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media or related fields
  • Hands-on experience managing brand or commercial social media accounts
  • Proven experience in independently planning and executing social media campaigns

Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of how major social media platforms operate
  • Clear understanding of platform trends, content formats, and user behaviors
  • Creative mindset with execution capability
  • Strong creativity with the ability to turn ideas into practical, engaging social media content
  • Familiar with different creative approaches and content styles across platforms
  • Ability to work independently
  • Capable of independently planning content calendars and executing small-scale social media campaigns
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education

  • Major in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Journalism, or related fields is preferred
