Project Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors Quotation from Specialty Trade and 3rd Party contractors thru follow-up from Purchasing Dept.
  • Ascertains methods, materials, and tools involved in the projects by site inspection
  • Monitors the rectification of known defects for all projects
  • Monitors and reviews completeness of Construction Drawing
  • Conducts Construction Meetings to discuss updates and problems that may arise during construction
  • Submits weekly accomplishment report to Managers
  • Prepares Weekly Project Status Report
  • Conducts pre-construction meetings to discuss the schedule of works including 3rd party and specialty trade contractors
  • Monitors Projects thru Site Inspection and report the status of the actual site condition vs the plan
  • Organizes the project team on the completion of works based on the timeline, scope, and quality expected by Operations
  • Monitors and consolidates all updates and issues for all projects (upcoming, ongoing, and completed) from all departments involve.
  • Attends weekly coordination meeting with all departments to discuss the status of the project (accomplishment, schedule, revisions)
  • Knowledgeable in fit-out projects both Civil and Architectural works
  • Has basic knowledge in project management process,
  • Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical works is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan or in Quezon City
