Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including coding, entering, and processing invoices and payments.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions, including reclassifications and accruals.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor invoices, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to resolve financial issues and provide information.
  • Maintain organized financial records through proper filing, sorting, and archiving of documents.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports by gathering and analyzing data.
  • Assist in the development, monitoring, and forecasting of budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accountancy.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or a finance-related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of US GAAP preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP is a plus.
  • CPA license or other certifications preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and improve financial processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reviewing financial transactions.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid schedule during night shifts in BGC, Taguig.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
