We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our marketing strategy, from planning to execution, across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising social media campaigns and paid advertisements on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and SEO. Strong design and copywriting capabilities are essential, with prior experience in the education sector or high-end professional services being desirable.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta ads, and SEO campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design, set up, and oversee paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and performance tracking.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
We're looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing support or coordination role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta advertising, and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Mastery of English language and how to deploy it effectively in copywriting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools(Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
