Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist-QSR is responsible for developing and managing sales accounts within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment, focusing on dressed chicken products. The role involves driving volume growth, expanding key accounts, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong relationships with QSR partners to meet sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow assigned QSR accounts, including fast-food chains, casual dining restaurants, and food service operators
- Develop sales strategies to increase volume, penetration, and market share within the QSR segment
- Conduct regular account visits to ensure proper product usage, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotions in line with company policies
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain, and handling standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience in QSR, food service, FMCG, or poultry/meat products
- Strong understanding of the QSR business model and food service operations
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and close sales deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel as required
