ROLE (The Mission)
To be the YouTube Creative Director for Industry Titans—the strategic brain who builds visual systems and creative frameworks that scale our channel. You're not just a designer or editor; you're the architect of our visual identity who thinks in brand consistency, engagement psychology, and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES (The Day-to-Day Work)
Creative Strategy & Concept Development (40%):
Develop creative concepts for video content
Design thumbnail and title frameworks
Build visual identity systems
Research creative trends and winning patterns
Team Management & Production (30%):
Direct and manage video production team
Provide strategic creative feedback
Maintain quality standards across content
Oversee end-to-end creative execution
Brand Consistency (20%):
Handle brand consistency across all content
Create style guides and creative templates
Build SOPs for scalable quality
Ensure cohesive visual storytelling
Growth & Optimization (10%):
Optimize creative elements for performance
Test visual improvements systematically
Analyze engagement and implement fixes

REQUIREMENTS (The Must-Haves)
Creative Experience:
3+ years managing YouTube creative and production
Proven track record growing channels through creative strategy
Portfolio demonstrating visual transformation and results
YouTube & Platform Mastery:
Deep understanding of YouTube creative optimization
Expert knowledge of thumbnail psychology and title strategy
Strong grasp of retention mechanics and engagement drivers
Creative Tools:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Experience with creative optimization and testing tools
Strong design fundamentals and visual storytelling skills
Strategic Mindset:
Strategic thinker who leads, not just executes
Can build creative systems and frameworks, not just one-off projects
Data-informed creative decisions based on performance
Experience with business/education/entrepreneurship content preferred
Remote Work Excellence:
Self-directed and organized without constant supervision
Comfortable with async communication tools
Reliable high-speed internet and professional workspace
Available for overlap with Singapore time zone (GMT+8)
Nice-to-Have:
Bachelor's degree major in multimedia arts or any related field
