  • Conduct Performance Data Validation and Analysis.
  • Analyze field data and translate findings into publishable performance models.
  • Site Performance Analysis and Issue Coordination with O&M Contractors.
  • Conduct regular configuration review (8760/TMY, As-Built Drawing, Contract, SETMY).
  • Perform Periodic System Assessments and Generate Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Performance Reports.
  • Review reports generated for accuracy and data quality, identification and reporting on operational events associated with the system for the year and reporting as required by specific customer contracts.
  • Responsible for generating performance reports sent to regulatory bodies for rebates and renewable energy certificate contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a system for documenting causes of low performance/availability and plans for improvement.
  • Field Test Results Analysis, ensure that the data are entered into the appropriate database then filed and stored properly. Such data may include but will not be limited to voltage and current test results, I-V curve trace results, and energy meter verification test results.
  • File System and Documentation, responsible for the creation and maintenance of both physical and electronic files to organize analytical work, both for operational performance and field test data.
  • Keeps process documents and work instructions up to date.
  • Supports technical & Process related escalations or inquiries from the team and customer.
  • Works with cross-functional groups for process alignment and escalations.
  • Works with Management team to determine business change initiatives.
  • Resolves complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Attend regular sync-up meetings with stakeholders.
  • Communicate and work with cross-functional teams to accomplish projects successfully.
  • Conduct user onboarding trainings on tools and/or processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Computer/Telecommunications); 2+ years of related experience.
  • With broad understanding of PV technology, solar power, power generation, data acquisition
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Experienced in Service Now or any Ticket Management Platform
  • Experienced in document management
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of written resources including procedures, manuals, and drawings
  • Ability to effectively present information, request information from, and respond to questions from customers, project managers, peers, project designers, and the public
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python Programming (a plus)
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work nightshift, weekends, US/PH holidays
  • Mathematical Skills, ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, lengths, and electrical amounts
  • Ability to apply concepts of algebra, geometry, and statistics to engineering theory and measured data
