About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, your focus will be

Responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent across various functions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. They will also ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including active and passive sourcing methods.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry forums, and other networking channels.
  • Maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings and keep them engaged through regular communication.

Candidate Experience:

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback when necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Interviewing & Selection:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
  • Coordinate and participate in panel interviews with hiring managers and team leads, providing recommendations based on assessment outcomes.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits when necessary.
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training.
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications as part of the pre-employment process.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.

Employer Branding & Networking:

  • Assist in building and promoting the company's employer brand through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
