● Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience, embodying the brand's standards of luxury and excellence

● Develop and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful service, clientele, and follow-up communication

● Offer expert styling advice and wardrobe consultations tailored to each client's preferences and lifestyle

● Stay well-informed on product knowledge, seasonal collections, brand heritage, and current fashion trends

● Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team performance

● Maintain the boutique's visual standards, ensuring the space reflects the brand's luxury aesthetic at all times

● Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, product rotation, and special orders

● Handle all POS transactions with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality

● Uphold the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all client and team interactions

Qualifications:

● A college degree is required; we welcome applications from recent graduates eager to begin their career in luxury retail.

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is an advantage.

● Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client engagement

● Polished appearance and professional demeanor consistent with a luxury brand image

● Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

● Attention to detail and willingness to   take initiative

● Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through clientele practices

● Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

● Ability to stand for extended periods and manage light physical tasks as needed
