The AR Loading Staff is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions into the company's financial system. This role involves validating billing details, monitoring collections, reconciling customer accounts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure proper posting and reporting of receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode and update customer invoices, payments, and adjustments in the accounting system.
  • Verify and reconcile daily AR transactions with billing and collection reports.
  • Coordinate with billing, sales, and operations departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure all AR entries comply with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Monitor customer accounts and assist in generating aging reports.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Maintain organized and complete records of AR transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support the Finance team in collection monitoring and other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
