Outsourcing Officer

1- College Graduate (Engineering or any related course)

2- At least 1-2 years working experience in Telecommunication industry or its equivalent. With experience in OSP is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3- Good communication skills (Good command of English language, written and spoken)

4- Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)

5- Result-oriented, works under minimum supervision, good character

6- Should be able to practice and execute Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure of Information

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Assists Immediate Superior particular to outsourcing related tasks.

2- Assists in outsourcing of new subcontractors as required to deploy in the project including invitation to accreditation,

contract preparation and signing. Subcon coordination in regards to team, machine and equipment commitment and

deployment

3- Immediately escalate any issues and concerns encountered during Project Implementation to resolve the issues at the

soonest possible time. Assists to facilitate in scheduling of meeting between internal clients (other FH Departments)

and/or the subcontractors.

4- Performs outsourcing-related tasks that may be assigned by Outsourcing Manager and/or Department Director
