Job Description:

  • The Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that software applications, systems, and integrations align with organizational goals.
  • This role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with development teams to optimize business workflows and technology implementations.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and optimize complex business processes and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and technical concepts.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, project managers, and end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with database concepts, API integrations, and system architecture.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
