About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Taguig City. As a full-time member of our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business requirements and technological solutions. Your keen analytical skills and deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of our operations will be instrumental in driving our continued success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Elicit, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
  2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
  4. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements
  6. Deliver detailed project documentation and reporting
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the IT/Technology industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
  6. Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes
  7. Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation
