- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and marketing goals.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize reach and engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, followers, reach, conversions).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Graphic Design & Creative
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials: social media posts, digital ads, posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, and videos.
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Support photography and videography needs or execute them when required.
- Create graphics for campaigns, promotions, events, and internal communications.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
