About the Role- Lead creative direction and design strategy for commercial office, retail, and fit-out projects.
- Oversee concept development, space planning, and design detailing to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for seamless design-to-delivery integration.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and user-centric design principles in all projects.
- Act as primary creative liaison with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial interior design, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in both consultancy and design & build project delivery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial office fit-out projects and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite) and deep understanding of building codes and workplace trends.
