Job Purpose

As a Front-end Engineer, you will lead the development of sophisticated, responsive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will architect and implement modern web applications using JavaScript technologies such as Angular and React, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Working in an agile, client-focused environment, you will mentor other front-end engineers, drive technical innovation, and establish best practices for component-based development.

Key Accountabilities

Advanced Front-End Architecture & Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end interfaces using Angular and React.

Architect component-based solutions that promote reusability, maintainability, and consistent user experiences.

Drive technical decision-making for front-end technologies, state management, and integration patterns.

Establish and enforce front-end coding standards, design patterns, and testing strategies.

Modern Front-End Development Excellence

Build advanced UIs using frameworks with features like reactive programming, lazy loading, and dependency injection.

Implement high-performance, responsive, and accessible designs across devices and browsers.

Optimize performance with techniques like efficient bundling, code splitting, and caching strategies.

API Integration & Data Management

Design and implement robust integration with back-end APIs and microservices.

Manage complex data flows and real-time updates using state management solutions.

Implement error handling, loading states, and offline capabilities.

Ensure data consistency and synchronization across front-end and back-end systems.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor junior and mid-level front-end engineers in best practices and modern frameworks.

Lead code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions.

Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in tooling and practices.

Knowledge and Experience

7+ years of experience in front-end development using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

Expert in TypeScript/JavaScript, modern CSS/SCSS, and HTML5 standards.

Deep understanding of web fundamentals, state management, and front-end architecture.

Proven experience building accessible, responsive web applications integrated with RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong grasp of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end security.

Demonstrated leadership in technical initiatives and team mentorship.

Excellent communication skills in English; experience in agile, cross-functional teams.

Relevant certifications are a plus.
