Location: Alabang or Makati, Philippines (Should be comfortable for both locations)

Position Type: Contract

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years


About the Role:

We are hiring Test Engineers / Senior Test Engineers with strong Functional Testing experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Corporate Internet Banking and at least one additional area such as Channels, Cards, Core Banking, Front-End, Wealth Management (Avaloq), Mobile, or Web Banking. You will be responsible for validating end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless system integrations, and maintaining data integrity across key banking modules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end functional testing across core banking applications and channels.
  • Validate transaction processing, account operations, and system integrations.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and integration partners to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Execute functional, regression, and system integration testing.
  • Ensure compliance with banking standards, regulatory guidelines, and data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, defect logs, and test reports using standard tools.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, defect triage meetings, and provide timely project updates.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in Corporate Internet Banking.

  • Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas:

  • Channels

  • Cards
  • Core Banking
  • Front-End Applications
  • Wealth Management (Avaloq)
  • Mobile & Web Internet Banking
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project handling within the banking domain.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Biller Systems or Intellect Collection Systems.
