Job Title: Front-End Developer / Full-Stack Web Developer – Remote

Position Type: Independent Contract | Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer / Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and back-end engineers—to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Integrate front-end components with APIs and back-end services.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across web platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • For Full-Stack Developers: Design, develop, and maintain both client-side and server-side applications, including database integration and API development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or Full-Stack Web Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, or
  • For Full-Stack Developers: Experience with back-end frameworks and languages (e.g., , Express, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or .NET).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (not required with strong experience).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • UI/UX design skills or experience collaborating closely with designers.
