  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Close sales deals, process orders, and track customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to the product development team to improve offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to monitor performance and adjust strategies.
  • Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online ads.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials, including blogs, social media posts, brochures, and videos.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and webinars to build brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the company's website and ensure content is updated, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work with the sales team to develop promotional materials, pricing strategies, and sales pitches.
  • Coordinate with product development and customer service teams to ensure product offerings and customer satisfaction align with marketing messages.
  • Engage with external agencies, vendors, and partners for promotional activities.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance to measure ROI and determine areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and marketing campaign performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
