About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Cavite City, Cavite. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing product information and recommendations
  • Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and reconciling daily sales
  • Maintaining stock levels, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring the store is well-organised and visually appealing
  • Adhering to store policies and procedures to provide a consistent customer experience
  • Assisting with inventory management, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the job
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
