Internship Type: Full On-Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimum OJT Hours: 200 hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain 201 files of employees (both physical and digital).
  • Follow up on lacking employment requirements from current staff.
  • Assist incoming employees with pre-employment requirements.
  • Prepare onboarding kits, forms, and employee IDs.
  • Monitor and update background checking records.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on set qualifications.
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews and coordinating interview schedules.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a university internship program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Willing to commit to the full internship schedule and hour requirement.
