Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible for providing support in organizing and promoting the company's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects/programs. The position is also responsible for developing communication materials to provide information about program activities and milestones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. General Assistance and Coordination

  1. Provides support in establishing partnership to increase awareness and generate funds for the company's CSR projects/programs.
  2. Assists in organizing and promoting stakeholder events and activities with vendors and counterparts.
  3. Coordinates with internal and external partners for project requirements/deliverables.
  4. Helps in developing communication materials to provide information about the program activities and milestones.
  5. Creates content for website and other social media platforms.
  6. Provides activity updates and post-event reports.
  7. Maintains an updated database of partners/donors.
  8. Conducts program site visit.

B. Others

  1. Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to the function and other related activities.
  2. Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs, and other professional development activities.
  3. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of four-year course, preferably Management, Social/Development Science, Development Communications
  2. At least six (6) months of work-related experience
  3. Knowledgeable in project coordination and events management
  4. Willing to work in Makati
