Description

The Program Associate, directly reporting to the Program Manager, executes administrative tasks related to the conduct of the program's classes, academic activities, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director and Program manager in preparation of the standard presentations and reports.
  • Assist in researching for materials to be used by the faculty members.
  • Assist in the execution of class operations and requests of the program director/supervisor.
  • Assist in collecting data and sending reports to ask for basic analysis as needed.
  • Assist in encoding data and processing forms as needed by the team.
  • Assist in producing, digitizing, and organizing materials needed by the team requested by the faculty.
  • Assist the team with scheduling meetings and mentoring sessions.
  • Organize and preserve all program related files and secure its confidentiality.
  • Assist in student recruitment activities of the institute.
  • Assist participants with the required documents needed to submit to client.
  • Communicate with the participants who are not interested and insist they join.
  • Aside from assisting in program management, he/she will also be assisting the faculty in project monitoring and implementation.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree; preferably education, communications or business administration or another relevant field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 – 3 years of work experience.
