Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Coordination:
  • Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.
  • Encoding of stock transfer and items in POS back office
  • Encoding additional items in each branches of store
  • Editing Pricelist, item, listings, bundle in POS back office
  • Handles record keeping of items received from the suppliers
  • Monitors inventory of items and stock transfer
  • Coordinate and record tracking number of documents from the supplier
  • Special Project- based on Manager's Instruction
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Handle invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
