
Purchasing / Accounting Staff

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Purchasing
- Knowledge in basic accounting processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requests and source suppliers as needed
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and invoices
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and other accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and financial documents
- Provide support to the Accounting and Admin departments as required
