The opportunity
Join the dynamic team at Talentprobe Due Diligence as a customer service representative based in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time role offers an exciting 25% sign-on bonus for the December class, with a same-day job offer and no final interview required.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients over the phone
- Handle inquiries, complaints and requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
