Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Solid understanding of automotive service, parts, and warranty processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
  • Knowledge of automotive warranty policies and parts inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Davao City.

Job Overview:

To assist in overseeing the daily operations of the aftersales department, ensuring smooth coordination between service, parts, and customer support teams. This role supports the Aftersales Manager by monitoring workflow, managing staff schedules, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The supervisor plays a key role in driving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the aftersales team, including service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
  • Monitor service and parts operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer service.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support inventory management by coordinating with parts personnel to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Track and report key performance indicators such as service turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and parts sales.
  • Assist in training and coaching aftersales staff to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support dealership-wide objectives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Help prepare regular reports on aftersales performance for management review.
