Open Position: Audit Assistant

Job Description

  • Assist in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across branches.
  • Review records, reports, and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform cash counts, inventory checks, and other audit procedures during fieldwork.
  • Prepare audit findings, working papers, and reports for review by the Audit Supervisor/Manager.
  • Coordinate with branch personnel to validate documents and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all audit information and records.

Qualifications

  • College graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any Business-related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in audit is an advantage but not required
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with good analytical skills
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel to different branches
