Mullenlowe TREYNA Group of Companies is engaged in the business of creative marketing communications, retail marketing online and offline, PR and advertising.

Description: The primary task of a Business Manager is to manage and oversee the agency-client relationship. Translating client business needs to inspiring briefs and provide clear direction and supervision throughout various project cycles. Contribute to the ideation and conceptualization process of campaign requirements, while ensuring that efforts are strategic alignment and meets business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients. Ensures that clients are satisfied with the product or service provided by the agency.
  • Responsible for creating demand and promoting the agency's hyper-bundled products and services including but not limited to digital platforms, digital marketing, activations, PR, and production.
  • Leads and manages the projects of the agency.
  • Takes the lead and the central contact for all necessary activities for projects or campaigns.
  • Project and business management which includes leading and presenting in meetings, preparing documentation, budget, and timeline management.
  • Has adept knowledge, monitors and prepares reports for brands handled and its competitors.
  • Assists the Account Director or Business Unit Director in expanding relationships with current clients and to ensure that targets are met.
  • Prepares pitches, proposals and delivers presentations.
  • Maintains a collaborative atmosphere within the various teams and counterparts within the agency and its subsidiary companies, encourages members to be highly creative with good business awareness.
