Job Description

We are seeking a freelance accounting specialist to strengthen our day-to-day operations. This role involves automating processes, creating financial reports, and streamlining accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and configure QuickBooks Online for our Canadian entity.
  • Manage and automate accounting tasks such as reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Migrate existing financial tools into automated reporting software.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Solid accounting skills with experience in bookkeeping.
  • Excellent Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to streamline processes and leverage automation tools.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
