GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team This role is perfect for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are eager to kickstart their marketing career. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Partner with the sales team to boost brand awareness and support lead generation efforts
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Research industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to guide strategy
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing reports and improvement ideas
  • Help maintain a strong and consistent online presence for the company
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and team members on fresh and innovative marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Based in or near Bacolod (remote work arrangement)
  • Open to fresh graduates—previous marketing or communications experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools is an advantage
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred
  • Self-driven with good organizational and time management skills

Minimum Technical Setup (for remote work):

  • Computer: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent (or higher)
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB preferred)
  • Webcam: 1080p quality (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS or power backup to prevent disruptions
