JOB SUMMARY

  • Manages the safekeeping and ensures the security of the loan, credit, and collateral documents (i.e.  TCTs/CCTs, OR/CR, Stock Certificates, etc.) of Head Office Corporate accounts at all times;
  • Ensures that booking of any collateral change is immediately endorsed to the assigned bookkeeper for proper posting in the Account Management System; and
  • Handles the release of loan and collateral documents upon presentation of a duly approved request following the policy of the bank.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course; and
  • With at least two (2) years of related work experience.
