Key Responsibilities

Develop production-grade AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge machine learning techniques to enhance digital collections capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI-powered features.

Design and implement ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.

Work with Python, writing clean, modular, and tested code with async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.

Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants, LLM fine-tuning methods, ML/DL frameworks, MLOps and observability tools, and solid theoretical foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and ML fundamentals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (Master's/PhD a plus).

At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.

Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus.
