- Provide thoughtful and timely support via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot advanced issues related to Shopify and third-party marketplaces
- Investigate unique customer scenarios involving listings, sync errors, fulfillment, pricing, and marketplace policies
- Deliver support that prioritizes depth over speed, ensuring accurate, long-term resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams when escalation or engineering insight is needed
- Depending on experience, you may also engage in proactive outreach, anticipating customer needs before they arise
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Comfortable using a variety of online platforms and software tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in ecommerce, SaaS, and online selling
- Experience with Shopify or online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts and be office-based in Angeles City
