A. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Revolving Fund & Petty Cash Fund Management

Performs daily cash count and promptly reports any shortages or overages if any

Promptly and correctly prepares and process replenishment reports and complies to 30% fund balance policy

Checks receipts and supporting documents (correct amount and properly filled out)

Ensures that all cash advances are liquidated within the set guidelines and policies

Ensures that funds are safely and securely kept at all times

Disbursement and Payment to Suppliers

Ensure completeness of supporting documents for payment

Checks & coordinates with the concerned officer and ensures computation accuracy of every billing statement

Ensures completeness of details in invoices and official receipts

Payroll computation and Processing

Regular checking of timesheets vs logbook or timecard

Ensures correctness of charging of payroll and labor costs

Ensures timely releasing of payroll to workers

Sales and Collection

Ensures that sales tally with the total harvested products

In case of discrepancy, records of shrinkages/spoilages are prepared and properly filed

Ensures that sales invoices are correctly filled up and original copy is issued to customer

Ensures that sales are properly posted in AQ

Ensures copy of validated deposit slips are intact together with the Sales Summary

Purchasing and Canvassing

Preparation of Purchase Requisition

Canvass different supplier

Preparation of Purchase Order

Inventory Management

Assists in inventory taking of company's assets

B. RICE PRODUCTION ACIVITIES

Assists the Farm Manager in preparing data needed for management presentation

Ensures that all the needed inputs are complete before the harvest

Ensures funds availability for rice incidental expenses

Keeps track of Palay and Rice inventory

Keeps records of Palay and Rice sales

Ensures that all sales are properly recorded and deposited

Assists the F&A Mgr in preparing financial data

C. HUMAN RESOURCES

Ensures that standards set by ABHI are being implemented at all times

Preparation/renewal of contract and agreements

Assists in timely processing of various government permits & licenses

Assist in policy making as needed

D. RECORDS KEEPING ANG FILES MANAGEMENT

Organize and maintains the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents

E. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

Monitors renewal of all company car registration

In charge in requesting various items needed by San Miguel (coming from Mangahan or San Miguel Warehouse)

Assists in Guest House reservations (Accommodations, meetings, etc)

F. HOUSEKEEPING RELATED MATTERS

Monitors cleanliness of Prayer Tower, Learning Area, and Dressing Area

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounting & Reporting function
