Position Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveindividual to join our Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition team. Based in Manila, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across the APAC region, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Candidate Communication: Coordinate candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • ATS Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and consistency across all supported markets.
  • Data & Analytics: Generate and analyze recruitment data to support reporting, insights in your area of responsibility, drive continuous improvement.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interview logistics for complex panel interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Pooling: Assist HR Staff in identifying and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing, talent pooling, and market mapping.
  • Pipeline Building: Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for key and recurring roles.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support, especially with active sourcing and outreach in general.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder or similar qualification.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
