Loan Consultant Relations Officer at Cepat Kredit Financing Inc Responsibilities Assist in creating and implementing loan consultants' recruitment strategies. Assist in designing training programs and crafting incentive schemes for sales partners. Support the Trade Relations Manager in overseeing departmental operations. Create developmental plans for Trade Relations Associates and oversee their overall performance. Manage acquisition and relationships with corporate partnerships. Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns related to trade across various media (social, print, etc.). Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote activities and enhance the company's presence. Answer queries from corporate partners to maintain relationships. Perform other related tasks as requested by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree related to the position. 23 years of experience in account management and B2B coordination.
