Site Facilities Administrator

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Overall in-charge of facilities of the site (checking, repairs and replacement, coordination with contractors)
  • In-charge of opening the office
  • To handle employees ( Security Personnel, Lobby Coordinator and Maintenance Personnel), duties include monitoring, evaluation and training
  • In charge of Emergency Response team
  • Administering site policies
  • On call during emergency situations

Requirements

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or any related course
  • Work experience on the same field is an advantage but not required
  • With good moral character
  • Willing to undergo extensive training
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possesses a strong leadership skill that can manage a team
