Summary
Seeking a highly skilled L2/3 Systems Administrator with strong client-facing capabilities and excellent English communication skills. This role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to deliver advanced technical support across Windows Server, Office 365, and networking environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting complex issues, managing system infrastructure, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2–3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex system and network issues.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Office 365 services, and networking infrastructure.
- Act as a primary technical contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to implement solutions and optimize system performance.
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and client interactions in a clear and organized manner.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in systems administration or a similar technical support role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Office 365, and core networking technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
Job Requirements
- Willingness to work in a long-term remote setup.
- Amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
