JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform general accounting functions across multiple clients
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial data and trends
- Prepare and review weekly and month-end accounting reports
- Prepare and review financial statements on schedule
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures
- Contribute to departmental goal setting
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Must be able to multitask and handle several client accounts daily
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or higher)
- 3 to 10+ years of experience in a related accounting role
- Experience in public accounting or in the restaurant/retail industry is a strong advantage
- Solid financial statement preparation skills and a strong grasp of GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems
- Willing to work a non-traditional shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM) to overlap with U.S. operations
- Highly independent but also a strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
