We are looking for a
Financial Data Analyst
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to support financial decision-making. This role requires strong technical skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Maintain and improve financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics, including variance analysis against forecasts and budgets.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across financial systems and external providers.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in transactions and balances to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams on provider onboarding and financial-related concerns.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives.
  • Ensure that company funds are accurately tracked, reconciled, and protected.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Accounting, or related field
    .
  • Proven experience as a
    Financial Data Analyst, Reconciliation Analyst, or similar role
    in finance, fintech, crypto, or iGaming.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    , and BI tools such as
    Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    financial principles, reconciliations, and variance analysis
    .
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail
    skills.
  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    , with the ability to explain financial and technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to
    work under pressure
    and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business proficiency in
    written and spoken English
    .
  • Flexible work schedule to support global operations.
  • Familiarity with
    NetSuite or similar ERP systems
    is a plus.
  • Experience with
    automation initiatives
    (scripts, workflows, integrations) is an advantage.
