ROLE: Quality Control Specialist

What you'll do:

  • Inspect and test products thoroughly, identifying any defects before they reach customers.
  • Document and report quality issues to internal teams to drive quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to gather insights from customer feedback and uncover recurring issues.
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve product quality and maintain our brand's reputation.
  • Uphold rigorous standards across all products, ensuring consistency and reliability for every customer.

What we're looking for:

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, someone who does not cut corners.
  • Responsible and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership over product quality.
  • Passionate about maintaining excellence and protecting the brand's reputation.
  • Able to work collaboratively while staying focused on precision and accuracy.

Bonus points:

  • Previous experience in quality control, product inspection, or manufacturing standards.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce products and packaging standards.
  • Ability to spot trends or recurring issues and suggest actionable improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
