Job Summary:
We're looking for a Business Process Analyst who will help us improve the way we work. In this role, you'll review and design workflows, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that make our operations more efficient and effective. You'll work closely with different teams to ensure that improvements support both business goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess existing processes to spot inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Create clear process documentation, including maps and flowcharts.
  • Recommend and support strategies that reduce redundancies, cut costs, and boost productivity.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and outcomes.
  • Track KPIs and report on the impact of process changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and department leaders to understand business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align initiatives.
  • Maintain updated records of workflows and improvements.
  • Share findings and progress updates with management.
  • Support change management to help teams adapt to new processes.
  • Provide guidance and training on updated workflows or tools.
  • Monitor results after implementation to ensure improvements last.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and process improvement methods.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (open to candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn).
  • Knowledge of process analysis and improvement techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools is an advantage.
